Sparkling white wine - classic method - Donnafugata
Donnafugata Brut 2019, a metodo classico with striking elegance, is characterized by a fine and intense bouquet with fragrances of bread crust and light citrusy scents (lemon peel). Passiperduti di Donna fugata comes from 100% Grillo grapes, which give life to a wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Full and deep still white wine, with floral notes of lavender and broom. The bouquet is enriched with citrus scents and finally recalls the flint. On the palate it has good structure and is sapid, mineral and persistent.

The Passivento method is the method that involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit room, where the skilful control of ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
The wine then ages for a period in steel and for another 12 months in wooden barriques.
This Sicilian Riserva red wine comes from a blend of Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, resulting in a fruity and intense red wine, which excellently accompanies important dishes with strong flavours, such as game, stews and mature cheeses.

Opera Unica is the result of a small production of just over 6,000 bottles.
It is the fruit of Chardonnay grapes, and has a yellow color with some golden reflections. The nose opens with a very broad bouquet that tastes of yellow pulp fruit, candied citrus fruits, saffron, ginger and chestnut honey.
It surprises on the palate thanks to a strong acidity and a savory finish.
