Elegant white wine, suitable for special occasions. From Chardonnay grapes from the Contessa Entellina estate, harvested at night starting from the second half of August. Rich in nuances and with great aging potential, perfect to combine with delicate fish dishes.
Fragore , ruby red colored, offers an ample and deep bouquet with notes of wild berries followed by spicy hints that blend with balsamic and mineral nuances. From Nerello Mascalese grapes, harvested in the first ten days of October, Cuordilava is born, with a ruby red color, which presents a bouquet of small red fruits accompanied by spicy notes that blend with typical hints of undergrowth. Full and deep still white wine, with floral notes of lavender and broom. The bouquet is enriched with citrus scents and finally recalls the flint. On the palate it has good structure and is sapid, mineral and persistent.

The passivent method involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit cellar, where the skilful control of the ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
