Sicilian White Etna DOC Superiore V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), is produced from Carricante grapes and native Etna grapes on the volcanic soil. A wine that immediately shows notes of strong acidity and persistent minerality, which give it a sense of longevity. Over time it develops great character and balance.

A wine with a nice game of balance between acidity and tannin on the one hand, fruity and mineral notes on the other.
