These are the words through which Baglio Oro wanted to present this new organic white wine born from vines found near the wonderful sea of the western Sicilian coast, precisely in Marsala.
This organic wine comes from Grillo grapes, a white grape variety that has made the history of the vines of Western Sicily, which in recent years has been reinterpreted in a modern key, thus entering among the great wines of the Italian wine scene.
Costallegra is a new line of wines that the Baglio Oro winery has chosen to create by combining memory and family experience with modern oenology, always seeking new tastes and new aromas.

Grillo Doc from grapes grown in C.da Grottarossa in Caltanissetta with organic methods.
With a golden straw yellow color, the scent is fine and clean with delicate citrus notes, acacia honey and typical floral scents. In the background, spicy aromas of white pepper and currants emerge. Good balance between flavor and acidity, hydrocarbon notes stand out destined to increase in intensity with the aging of the wine.

Intense straw yellow color. On the nose floral and fruity notes together with aromas of orange peel, toasted hazelnut and marzipan. Excellent gustatory structure, enveloping mouth, the long, dynamic and balanced finish on the sip is smooth and very elegant.
Wine with an excellent gustatory structure, persistent, which reveals a savory vein supported by a fine and tasty tannin.
