Sciulè Frappato sicilian Red Wine 2021
From 100% Frappato grapes, a wine with a fruity nose and floral notes. Frappato is the red wine par excellence excellent to combine with particularly structured recipes based on fish.
700, like the meters above sea level of the marvelous Tenuta Ficuzza, those lands where Pinot ero is born, from which this classic method is obtained, with the addition of Chardonnay.
In the glass it has an intense straw yellow color, while on the nose you can feel all the typical features of the two specialties from which this bottle is created: the red fruits typical of Pinot Noir and the white flowers typical of Chardonnay.
On the palate it is very fresh and full-bodied.
