Rosè Semi Sparkiling Wine Rosè di Rosa 2022 - Milazzo
Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.
A BIO white wine obtained from a blend of two native vines: 70% Sauvignon and 30% Chardonnay which has a straw yellow color with some greenish reflections.
A white wine with a very intense and lively bouquet, which offers aromas of fruit such as pineapple, medlar, banana, peach, plum, mixed with citrus notes and orange blossom flowers.
It is an BIO wine with a fresh, harmonious taste, with some delicate notes of white melon and grapefruit, and with a good aromatic aftertaste.

A brilliant white that presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color with shades tending towards green.
It is a white wine that is aged for 6 months in the bottle, a process that manages to enhance its great organoleptic expression. In fact, the nose is very intense, complex, rich in some mineral notes.
