Valpolicella Classico Superiore 2016 is a DOC denomination wine produced in Veneto by the well-known winery of Giuseppe Quintarelli, located on the first hills of Negrar, 350 meters above sea level. The moderately continental climate typical of Valpolicella and the predominantly calcareous soil give the wine its organoleptic characteristics.

Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
The name of this white wine, "M", comes from the initial of Malfa, a small town on the island of Salina.
The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.
