This is a fresh, elegant wine, with a superior structure than that of the Don Pietro white in the Don Pietro range. We produce 7,000 bottles of it.
The wine is made from 100% Grillo grapes and the grapes used are different than those for the Don Pietro white Grillo.

Still and dry red wine, vinified with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, with a pleasant scent of wild berries with pleasant vegetal sensations, a long aromatic persistence and soft tannins.

Siriki Syrah Organic Red Wine 2015 - Dei Principi di Spadafora
Red wine made from Syrah grapes, originating from only one vineyard and fermented in barrel.
This unfiltered and unpasteurized Sicilian craft beer is made with high fermentation, and above all it is made with the addition of Sicilian Black Bee Honey, a very fine honey that is carefully harvested in the wonderful Sicilian countryside.
Sicilian honey gives the beer a very rich aroma and natural sweetness, creating a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness, resulting in a unique taste experience.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, honey, hops, yeast
Alcohol content: 6%.
Bottle: 33 or 75 cl.
From 53% Grillo and 47% Catarratto grapes. Fresh and elegant white wine, with a superior structure to Catarratto.

A raisin with an intense muscat aroma that grows in Pantelleria, within the cultivations of the members of the Cooperativa Agricola Produttori Capperi.
It can be used as an addition to first courses to make them more aromatic, but it is also an excellent addition to second courses of meat, fish, or even desserts!
Also excellent as a snack if enjoyed alone.
