Sicilian Donkey Mortadella in Pieces
This type of Mortadella is characterized by the flavor of Donkey Meat, a sweetish, sweetly aromatic and delicate flavour.
It can be served as part of an appetizer of Sicilian cured meats and cheeses, perhaps combining it with local cheese, crusty bread and perhaps a glass of Sicilian red wine which further enhances the flavours.
On our shop you can purchase versions weighing approximately 300-400 grams.
Ingredients: Donkey meat (60%), Pork meat (20%), Sicilian black pig lard (10%), Water, Flavourings, Salt, Dextrose, Vegetable fibre, Spices, PISTACHIO, Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, Preservative : sodium nitrite, acidity regulators: sodium acetate, sodium citrate.
It does not contain gluten, lactose and its derivatives.
