Since time immemorial, in the woods of the Nebrodi mountains, the “Black Pig” has lived in the wild.
This is the particular and precious Sicilian autochthonous breed with refined meats, from which this excellent salami typical of the Nebrodi Mountains of excellent quality is produced.
The black pig salami is sold in portioned pieces, we select from time to time the salamis with the right seasoning and with a weight of around 200-300 grams.
MATURING: about 40 days.
