Primo sale cheese with walnuts

It is one of the oldest dairy preparations produced on the island. Produced almost entirely with sheep's milk, with part goat and cow's milk, Primo Sale is a low-mature cheese and for this reason it is still slightly soft and has a pleasant flavour.

In this version it is seasoned with pieces of crunchy walnuts, for all lovers of cheese and dried fruit such as walnuts!

It is a Canestrato cheese with a color tending towards straw yellow, with some brown streaks

The flavor is sweet and slightly toasted and the consistency is soft.
