Dedicated to Salvatore Quasimodo, it uses a fine cocoa from Uganda to obtain a chocolate with 59% cocoa for true connoisseurs.

Directions for use:

To be savored alone, paired with dessert wines such as Moscato and Passito, but also with pure spirits, such as Grappa.
