Tancredi Donnafugata is a red wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero d'Avola grapes, combined with a blend of other native vines, conceived from the collaboration between the Donnafugata winery and Dolce and Gabbana.
The result is a wine with a ruby red color, with fruity hints of plum and blueberries, followed by delicate spicy nuances of licorice and sweet tobacco, which goes perfectly with red meat and game dishes.

Salealto, the King's wine - Cusumano
In this wine there is the story of King Ferdinand IV of Bourbon and of the Real Casina di Caccia di Ficuzza. Here, in the 1800s, the sovereign kept his own wine, produced with grapes from the vineyards located around the Ficuzza estate.
Davide and Antonio, the brothers who manage this winery, wanted to imagine what the wine drunk could be like in the times of the King, thus giving birth to Salealto, a "vin de terroir", obtained from Insolia, Grillo and Zibibbo grapes in equal parts, before vinified separately and then aged together.

Sunny Perpetual Wine from Marabino
Sunny, a unique wine that defied every oenological rule
Soleggiato is a more unique than rare perpetual wine. It is produced through exposure to the sun of Moscato Bianco grapes that grow in the wonderful Marabino vineyards in Val Di Noto.
Its production defies every oenological rule, in fact, after the fermentation of the sun-dried grapes, this wine is transferred to steel tanks containing perpetual wines from other harvests. After this processing it is exposed to the sun in Demigiane for about a year, and finally it is bottled.
A very long process from which this perpetual Sicilian wine is born which stands out from the others because it is not the usual sweet wine at the end of a meal, but indeed, thanks to its freshness, it is an aperitif or meal wine, where the Moscato, which gains complexity thanks to the oxidative process.
