The Gran Cuvée is the result of a meticulous selection and assembly of the best sparkling wine bases, in order to create that harmony of aromatic and gustatory nuances, which gives rise to a complex and harmonious wine.

The Cru of Casa Milazzo. Obtained from various Chardonnay vines from the Milazzo winery harvested on 25 August 2004.
It was aged for more than a year in oak barriques and bottled in July 2006.
Furthermore, only just over 12,000 bottles were produced, where it remained in refinement for over 6 months before being released on the market.
