Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.
A high quality rosé made with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, which is very fine on the nose with some hints of rose, berries and mineral tones.
A rosé very clear to the eye that gives the palate a delicate sapidity and some hints of aromatic herbs.
A bright and very elegant rosé is born from Frappato grapes grown near the wonderful salt pans of Marsala.
It is a very fresh rosé wine, with some mineral notes, which to the eye presents a pale pink colour, while to the nose it presents an intense bouquet of fruity notes where wild strawberries and plums are clearly distinguishable.
As a gastronomic pairing, it is recommended to combine it with vegetarian dishes, white meats or some type of fish with an intense flavour.
