Pantelleria Passito Wine 2019 - Jemara - Martinez
Jemara is a natural liqueur wine, with no added alcohol, child of the island of Pantelleria, where the entire production process up to bottling takes place, as production protocol provides for. From Zibibbo grape variety which contains everything this splendid island has to offer: sunshine, volcanic soil, warm African winds.
Great dessert wine.
For the vinification, the method of infusion of raisins in wine is used.
The sun and the wind, with their joint action, determine the natural drying process of the bunches for almost 40 days. The grapes are then unpacked and infused into the wine, determining the uniqueness of L’Ecrù.

It is a semi-dry Marsala, which in the Marsala Martinez line represents one of the most particular types, being the only one to be obtained from red berried grapes.

It is produced in the Marsala area, and is characterized by its intense ruby colour, its fruity and spicy aroma and its very rich flavour.
Being a fruity and slightly sweet wine, it is excellent to combine with dry pastries, such as our Almond Bisciuts, or with jams or hard cheeses
Soleggiato is a more unique than rare perpetual wine. It is produced through exposure to the sun of Moscato Bianco grapes that grow in the wonderful Marabino vineyards in Val Di Noto.
Its production defies every oenological rule, in fact, after the fermentation of the sun-dried grapes, this wine is transferred to steel tanks containing perpetual wines from other harvests. After this processing it is exposed to the sun in Demigiane for about a year, and finally it is bottled.
A very long process from which this perpetual Sicilian wine is born which stands out from the others because it is not the usual sweet wine at the end of a meal, but indeed, thanks to its freshness, it is an aperitif or meal wine, where the Moscato, which gains complexity thanks to the oxidative process.
