With a deep straw yellow color with golden reflections, Paolo Calì's Grillo Blues has a floral bouquet with marked citrus and spicy notes typical of the grape. In the mouth it is elegant, savory with a long and refreshing finish.

Intriguing blend of white grapes, a complex and enveloping expression that blends into a pleasant texture of perfumes. The balsamic and fresh fruit scents of Inzolia are completed with the memory of the dried flowers of Grillo against the background of notes of jasmine, apricot, peach and honeysuckle brought by Viognier.
