A Sicilian white wine born from the challenge of the Tasca d'Almerita family to cultivate an international grape variety such as Chardonnay on Etna

This Sicilian white wine comes from Chardonnay grapes located in the Tenuta Tascante, located north of the Etna volcano.

It is an almost exclusive bottle, in fact only 5000 units are produced per year. It is born through a long process which involves fermentation in large French oak barrels and a fermentation that lasts 12 days, finally it is aged in French oak barrels.

It is a wine that is very aromatic and very full-bodied on the palate, with quite deep tannins.
