Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.
Excellent to combine with meat main courses such as Lamb and Beef. But also a good plate of pasta with tomato sauce.

This red wine comes from the word "Disiu" which in Sicilian means "desire", like the desire of Totò Navarra, founder of the Navarra Winery, who chose to return to his land to work it and make it great.
It comes from Frappato grapes, and represents the natural geometries of the vineyard on which its grapes grow.

It is a red wine that has a very dark and deep color, which wants to represent that Sicilian expression, almost amazed, which tells of the moment in which the sun sets and gives way to the night: Scurò, the sun has set.

Maribu tells the story of a territory that has a centuries-old attitude and passion for wine cultivation.
This Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG boasts the best characteristics of Nero d'Avola and the best characteristics of Frappato, because the structured notes of Nero d'Avola arrive immediately on the palate, but afterwards it remains quite fresh thanks to both the Frappato grapes and the production method refinement in steel.
