With an intense and deep ruby red color, a wine made enveloping in its tannic note that is transformed into a silky tasting pleasure, from a passage in barriques.
Vigorous in its aromas, it narrates the two grape varieties of origin (65% Nero d 'Avola and 35% Merlot) between aromas of cherry, blackberry, currant, lavender, vanilla.
The structured taste, full-bodied, soft in its tannic perception, makes it exciting with dishes based on meat, game but also risottos and first courses with a strong taste.

A very fresh, young and lively sparkling wine. With a fine perlage, it has delicate aromas of bread crust with some mineral notes and some nuances of currant.
