Caeles Cataratto is a wine that unites nature, respect for the local area, and quality together. It is a vivid example of organically produced wine, characterised by herbaceous hints with a good structure giving fruity tones of unspoilt nature.
Catarratto, an autochthonous single variety with marked scents of citrus, Prio 2019 is an intense and fragrant white that brings joy at first sip.
A brilliant straw yellow color, on the nose offers a fragrant bouquet with markedof grapefruit citrus scents and citron combined with notes of Mediterranean scrub. The palate is fresh and perfectly reflects the nose.

The bouquet is intense and goes from floral scents (elder and acacia) to notes of white fleshed fruits (peach) combined with hints of Mediterranean maquis. Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
The name of this white wine, "M", comes from the initial of Malfa, a small town on the island of Salina.
The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.
This white wine is a Certified Organic wine which takes its name from the cru from which the grapes come, namely: Masso. This name originates from the block of sandy rocks with red stones of which the land is composed.
This strong mineral structure therefore gives the wine particular sapidity, freshness and minerality.
The color is bright golden yellow with greenish reflections, while on the palate it is very fresh and persistent, with a long aromatic intensity with notes of almonds.
