Light ruby red in color, Dea Vulcano 2021 offers a refined bouquet with notes of red fruit (wild strawberry) and floral hints of violet; delicate tertiary nuances are added including black pepper and sweet tobacco. From Carricante grapes, harvested in the first decade of October, the Isolano is born, with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose presents a refined bouquet with fragrant citrus scents, notes of broom in bloom and Mediterranean herbs. Isolano is a white wine of enveloping elegance which on the palate stands out for its persistence and extraordinary volcanic minerality.
At the table it is perfect with shellfish, vegetarian first courses, porcini mushrooms, fish dishes or white meats.

Tornatore's Etna Bianco DOC "Zottorinotto" 2019 comes from pure Carricante grapes, harvested by hand in the vineyard in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia, on the north side of the volcano. Fermentation and aging in contact with the noble lees are carried out in French oak barriques. A white with a sincere territorial character, which combines elegance and power.
All these qualities make it the ideal white for second courses based on fish and white meats.

Produced on the north side of Etna, in Contrada Pietrarizzo, from which it takes its name, this wine represents one of the most prized Crus for the natives of the area.

Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.
