A straw yellow with bright greenish reflections, pleasant tropical notes stand out such as grapefruit, elderberry and figs, which alternate with delicate notes of orange blossom and bread crust. Of great amplitude, it is characterized by a good acid shoulder and great sapidity on the finish.

With a golden straw yellow color, the scent is fine and clean with delicate citrus notes, acacia honey and typical floral scents. In the background, spicy aromas of white pepper and currants emerge. Good balance between flavor and acidity, hydrocarbon notes stand out destined to increase in intensity with the aging of the wine.
