From Nero d'Avola 70%, Sirah 15% and Nerello Mascalese 15% with fermentation and maceration on the skins for a week and aging in 6-month chestnut tonneaux.

The Nerello Mascalese Family collection of the Barone Montalto winery, is a red wine with an intense color, as well as the scent. A warm and robust glass that fully returns the best qualities of a fertile terroir such as that of the Belice valley in the Trapani area, and of the grape variety that characterizes it.
To be enjoyed with family meals, as an accompaniment to meat or grilled meat first courses

From Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, an intense and full-bodied red is born, a finely balanced and structured meditation wine.
The most beautiful grapes are harvested by hand and placed for a month in ventilated drying rooms at a constant temperature. The natural enzymatic processes develop the aromatic and gustatory peculiarities of this wine.
To be combined with tasty meat, baked pasta, aged cheeses, extra noir chocolate.
