On the palate it is broad and deep, characterized by well integrated tannins and elegant minerality; the finish of long persistence enhances its extraordinary personality.

A red wine born on the slopes of Etna from Nerello Mascalese grapes.
It is a very elegant, fresh and tasty wine that ages partly in French oak barriques and partly in concrete tanks.
At sight it has a ruby red color with some slight garnet reflections, while the aroma is intriguing, complex. In the mouth it is structured, elegant and has good freshness as well as a delicate flavor. The tannins are ripe and balanced, and the finish is long and persistent.
Perfect for meat and mature cheeses.
