An elegant, well- balanced wine, balsamic with pleasant notes of spices, cherries and red berries. Among all the international varieties, Syrah has found one of its best expressions in Sicily.
From well-structured and persistent Syrah vines, this Sicilian red wine is born with an intense and fruity aroma, with hints of small red fruits, jam and spices such as black pepper.
A Sicilian wine that presents itself in the glass with an intense red color with violet reflections and which enjoys a broad, velvety and succulent flavor with present but gentle tannins.
Perfect in combination with land dishes, it does not lose its character even with fish starters.
