Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.
A rosé wine, fresh and fragrant, with a pleasant persistence of taste, with a lively and persistent aroma, with floral and fruity returns of red fruits, in particular blackberries and raspberries, softened by pleasant hints of lychee.
Tefra is made from Nerello Mascalese grapes that grow on Etna, a territory that historically produces rosé wines of the highest quality.
