Nero Ossidiana Red Wine - 2018 IGP Sicilia - Tenuta Castellaro
A soft and enveloping wine, with a good fruity aroma and delicate spicy notes.
Excellent at the table with red meats and well-aged cheeses.
Winery: Carlo Hauner from Salina
Vintage: 2020
75 cl bottle.
Sicilian wine from the Duca di Salaparuta winery, from Vermentino in the Suor Marchesa estate, in the municipality of Butera, one of the few Sicilian wines produced with these grapes.
A wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the perfume presents a delicate balance between fruity notes and Mediterranean scrub. The flavor is broad and velvety with good freshness and minerality.
Perfect with appetizers or seafood first courses, such as pasta with clams or a risotto with sea urchins

"Intriguing and cheerful. Sicilian soul and modern character"
Through these words Baglio Oro presents this new white wine which comes from two white grape varieties that most identify Sicily: Catarratto, typical of western Sicily, and Pinot Grigio, from which wines of great aromatic elegance are born.
Costallegra is a new line of wines that the Baglio Oro winery has chosen to create by combining memory and family experience with modern oenology, always seeking new tastes and new aromas.
75 cl bottle
The Brut Cucunci Spumante is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes that grow in the Belice Valley, a hilly valley in the Trapani area.
It is a sparkling wine with a fine, delicate perlage, which recalls exotic and citrus scents, typical of Pinot Grigio grapes.
Excellent both for an elegant aperitif and for a delicate first course such as seafood risotto, thanks to its fresh and balanced flavour.
