Handmade Traditional Artisan Panettone - Nuova Dolceria
Artisan Panettone created by hand by the master pastry chefs of Nuova Dolceria, a Sicilian pastry shop near Syracuse.
The most famous version of the Traditional Panettone, with candied raisins, candied oranges and with the addition of candied citron, all covered with an almond glaze and raw almonds.
A dough with a very soft heart, thanks to the use of "sourdough", which also has various benefits, including: greater digestibility and the total lack of artificial additives and preservatives.
