The Nerello Mascalese grapes give Prephylloxera a supernatural finesse also thanks to the presence of volcanic soils with a high percentage of pumice stone mixed with basalt.
From grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, Santo Spirito is a sensual and succulent wine, always seductive, with an almost fleshy bouquet and a rich and enveloping palate, but always pure and balanced.
Very refined but also tender. At the same time generous and vulnerable.
It goes very well with game dishes, soups, noble poultry and pork.
