Made from an extract of Anchovies (Engralius encrasicolus), enriched only with water and salt, Colatura di Alici is sought after all over the world for the uniqueness of its flavor.
This amber liquid, obtained by drying and pressing the anchovies in salt, is excellent for giving a new and tantalizing flavor to your salads, pizza, or even appetizers and aperitifs.
Ingredients: Salted anchovy extract (Engralius encrasicolus), water, salt. WITHOUT ADDITION OF DYES AND PRESERVATIVES
