Principe G Organic White Wine 2019 - Az. Agr. Spadafora
This is a fresh, elegant wine, with a superior structure than that of the Don Pietro white in the Don Pietro range. We produce 7,000 bottles of it.
The wine is made from 100% Grillo grapes and the grapes used are different than those for the Don Pietro white Grillo.
Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
This Malvasia is a white with great character that smells a lot of iodine, saltiness and rock herbs, the flavor is very intense and dashed with salt.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.

This is an elegant, structured wine. It is part of Schietto range, which are single varietals, and they produce 7,000 bottles of it.
Still and dry red wine, vinified with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, with a pleasant scent of wild berries with pleasant vegetal sensations, a long aromatic persistence and soft tannins.

The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.

Son of one vineyard at 400 meters above sea level, facing north, 100% Syrah. With a pleasant scent of wild berries and a strong and rich taste, with balanced tannins. From the cellar of the principles of Spadafora ... the best Syrah of Sicily!
