Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.
From late Zibibbo grapes with slow fermentation, slightly sparkling and with the aromatic freshness typical of the vine.
With a light perlage and a delicate and pleasant taste.

It was born inside the historic Louis Roederer winery, from Chardonnay grapes, and before being bottled it refines on the yeasts for 5 years.
At sight it presents a straw yellow color. Its bouquet presents intense, mineral and spicy aromas.
On the palate it is very full-bodied, tasty, where the yeasts can be felt very well.
