Corda Pazza was born from the encounter between the Sicilian native vines Frappato, Nero D'Avola and Syrah grapes.
The surprising blend gives life to a ruby red with violet reflections, with an intense and fruity aroma that recalls the hints of morello plum with a background of berries, iquirice and chocolate. Corda Pazza is full, warm and rightly tannic on the palate.

From sunny and breezy vineyards in the Suor Marchesa estate, where the grapes ripen in the late September sun, Passo delle Mule is born, enveloping 100% Nero d'Avola, with an intense and deep ruby red color.
With an enveloping, fruity scent of marasca cherry and raspberry, with a pleasantly balanced complex of spices and vanilla, a rich, full and velvety red wine, with great structure and aromatic persistence.
Try it in combination with Potato crusted grouper on aubergine cream.

Colomba Platino Nero d'Avola brings the character of the island to the glass, with its flavor of great structure and persistence, full and velvety. At the table it is excellent with braised meats and dishes with a strong taste. Try it with some roast chicken
