Mofete is an excellent red produced on the slopes of Etna by Palmento Costanzo.
It has a strong ruby red color, and on the nose it is floral and fruity, on the palate it is very fresh but with a savory finish.

Young, elegant and lively. The color is ruby red with good structure and fine bouquet with hints of wild berries. The palate is immediately very present thanks to a gentle tannin and enveloping on the tongue, the finish is moderately persistent and never intrusive.
Sicilian Red Etna DOC V.Q.P.R.D. (Quality Wine Produced in a Determined Region), it is produced from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mantellato 20% on volcanic soil.
