Kiggiari white Wine 2022
An elegant wine, delicate with floral and fruity fragrances of white pulp. Remarkably fresh and sapid, it’s a typical expression of the Marsala hills.
A delicate and at the same time decisive wine, from the union of four different grape varieties: Carricante, mainly, Cataratto, Grecanico and Minnella.
A wine that never loses its terroir and its brightness. Versatile, it adapts well to any dish, from rabbit or chicken, to fish, to hors d'oeuvres based on meats and cheeses, up to fruit.
The passivent method involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit cellar, where the skilful control of the ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
Produced with a blend of Grecanico, Catarratto and Chardonnay grapes in the lands of Santa Ninfa in the Trapani area, the Montalto white Passivento is a fresh and balanced wine, suitable to accompany appetizers and Mediterranean cuisine

Etna Bianco DOC White wine - Ante 2017 - I Custodi delle vigne dell'Etna
Ante is the son of the Volcano, from which it receives its minerality and its backbone of crisp acidity supporting intriguing citrus notes and complex hints of spices: all the shades of Mt. Etna’s native white varietals.
Incredible sparkling wine obtained through the Charmat Method, from Pinot Noir grapes, grown on the slopes of Etna, in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia in the province of Catania, which today finds a new expression on this soil of volcanic origin.
The Black Duke of the Duca di Salaparuta estate combines elegance and freshness on the nose with a palate in which a unique minerality stands out.
Great for any occasion, from fresh appetizers to delicious shellfish and seafood dishes.
