Sparkling white wine - classic method - Donnafugata
Donnafugata Brut 2019, a metodo classico with striking elegance, is characterized by a fine and intense bouquet with fragrances of bread crust and light citrusy scents (lemon peel). The palate is fresh and crisp and, at the same time, ample and complex. A harmonious brut, with fine and persistent perlage and of extraordinary personality.
Obtained from the careful processing of Inzolia and Chardonnay grapes, flanked by 10% of Viognier and 5% of Sauvignon Blanc, we are faced with a Reserve that, although in the name it draws inspiration from Maria Costanza Bianco, is the result of an original path.
With a bright straw yellow color, it is able to perfectly accompany a great variety of dishes based on fish, cheeses and cured meats, vegetables or light meats.

A rosé sparkling wine, from Nero d'Avola grapes, which conquers you immediately thanks to its freshness and transparency, not failing to express all the typicality of the territory from which it is born.
Excellent as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to raw seafood and, in general, with fish dishes.
Cellar: Cristo di Campobello
Opera Unica is the result of a small production of just over 6,000 bottles.
It is the fruit of Chardonnay grapes, and has a yellow color with some golden reflections. The nose opens with a very broad bouquet that tastes of yellow pulp fruit, candied citrus fruits, saffron, ginger and chestnut honey.
It surprises on the palate thanks to a strong acidity and a savory finish.
It is a Sicilian wine of great depth, very deep and persistent, with pieces that make up a mosaic of harmony and elegance.
