The bouquet is intense and goes from floral scents (elder and acacia) to notes of white fleshed fruits (peach) combined with hints of Mediterranean maquis. From the union of slightly overripe grapes of Merlot, Syrah and Frappato, a fragrant wine, with an intense bright red color, with fragrances of small ripe red fruits. Round on the palate, its great freshness is expressed in the mouth, complete with good tannins.
It is a Malvasia delle Lipari that was born in Salina, in the Capofaro estate of the historic Tasca d'Almerita winery, it is a type of very fresh and very aromatic dry white wine.
At sight it has a straw yellow color, while on the nose it opens with a very intense bouquet, with floral, citrus and dried fruit aromas.
On the palate it is very soft and balanced, where floral and aromatic herbal notes are evident.

From well-structured and persistent Sirah vines, the red Calanica is born with an intense and fruity aroma, with hints of small red fruits and spices such as black pepper.
A Sicilian wine with a ruby red color that enjoys a broad flavor, with evident but gentle tannins, pleasant notes that recall the varietal characteristics perceived on the nose.

Eolia Bianco, a small production wine, produced in Salina, in the center of the wonderful archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.
The name of this white wine, "M", comes from the initial of Malfa, a small town on the island of Salina.
The wine is composed mostly of Malvasia delle Lipari and to a lesser extent of Cataratto and Inzolia.
It is produced by Luca Caruso and Natascia Santandrea, two entrepreneurs, owners of the Hotel Signum in Salina, a wonderful hotel which also houses a starred restaurant.
