This is a fresh, elegant wine, with a superior structure than that of the Don Pietro white in the Don Pietro range. We produce 7,000 bottles of it.
The wine is made from 100% Grillo grapes and the grapes used are different than those for the Don Pietro white Grillo.
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a still red wine with an impenetrable ruby color and is classified DOCG. The vines are located in the geographical area of Valpolicella, on the hills of Negrar. Rich in flavors, sensual and opulent, it is a reference point for the other types of Amarone.
For great lovers of fine wines, a more unique than rare piece: the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Tre Terre.
Quintarelli's Tre Terre is the latest masterpiece of the Quintarelli family, it differs from all the other Amarones due to even more pronounced tannins, a more accentuated spiciness and a spicy acidity.
It is a bottle for the most important occasions, which can also excellently accompany dishes with strong flavours.

Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas. Vecchio Florio is a Marsala Superiore, the result of a blend of Grillo and Cataratto grapes which refine for 30 months in ancient oak barrels.
Its particularity comes from the harvesting of the grapes, which takes place at very advanced maturation, thus giving this Sicilian wine hints of raisins, bitter almonds, spices and vanilla, typical hints of Marsala.
