From Zibibbo grape variety which contains everything this splendid island has to offer: sunshine, volcanic soil, warm African winds.

For the vinification, the method of infusion of raisins in wine is used.
The sun and the wind, with their joint action, determine the natural drying process of the bunches for almost 40 days. The grapes are then unpacked and infused into the wine, determining the uniqueness of L’Ecrù.

Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas. Vecchio Florio is a Marsala Superiore, the result of a blend of Grillo and Cataratto grapes which refine for 30 months in ancient oak barrels.
Its particularity comes from the harvesting of the grapes, which takes place at very advanced maturation, thus giving this Sicilian wine hints of raisins, bitter almonds, spices and vanilla, typical hints of Marsala.

From 100% Frappato grapes, a wine with a fruity nose and floral notes. Frappato is the red wine par excellence excellent to combine with particularly structured recipes based on fish.
