70% Carricante 30% Catarratto, Etna Bianco Graci, produced organically, from vineyards located at more than 600 m above sea level on the volcanic territories of Passopisciaro, in the Catania area. Perfect expression of the volcanic terroir from which it comes
A soft and fragrant wine is born, of good harmony and complexity, which with hints of citrus and summer fruit, combines sweet and sunny notes of flowers and aromatic herbs, together with brackish and warm sensations of the sea

In this wine Carricante, a white grape variety indigenous to the Etna area, tells its land through intense aromas of peach and exotic fruit, lit by iodized, at times spicy sensations.
Balanced and persistent on the palate, it has the typical freshness of the grape, which gives it structure and an unexpected longevity, and the minerality of those who have their roots in a soil made of lava.
Ideal with tasty fish dishes, such as bottarga.

It is one of the oldest Marsalas from the Martinez winery, a Marsala that was born in 1986 and rested in small oak barrels for as many as 36 years.
Despite being the oldest Marsala, Exito is also the one with the youngest packaging, in fact it differs from the other Martinez Marsalas for its transparent glass bottle which enhances the gold color of this Marsala Vergine Riserva DOC.
75 cl bottle.
