A wine that displays great elegance and complexity. Sul Vulcano presents itself with a refined bouquet of fruit (Golden delicious) with delicate hints of citrus and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and savory, characterized by a marked minerality and persistence.
From Carricante grapes, harvested in the first decade of October, the Isolano is born, with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose presents a refined bouquet with fragrant citrus scents, notes of broom in bloom and Mediterranean herbs. Isolano is a white wine of enveloping elegance which on the palate stands out for its persistence and extraordinary volcanic minerality.
At the table it is perfect with shellfish, vegetarian first courses, porcini mushrooms, fish dishes or white meats.

The "Mofete" is a wine that is born on the slopes of Etna, from grapes grown in soils composed of volcanic sands, stones and exclusive rocks.
The color is straw yellow, and the flavor is very agile, fresh and savory.

Combination between Tuscan grape and Sicilian lands. Sangiovese sapling vines at the foot of Etna: a volcanic terroir that re-elaborates its personality and gives this wine a unique intensity and balance. Particular and very pleasant on the palate.
