A rosé wine, fresh and fragrant, with a pleasant persistence of taste, with a lively and persistent aroma, with floral and fruity returns of red fruits, in particular blackberries and raspberries, softened by pleasant hints of lychee.
From the Gelso Grande estate, the heart of the “Feudi Branciforti dei Bordonaro” production, a fresh and aromatic Catarratto, straw-yellow in color with soft golden reflections. Delicate hints of peach blossom and wisteria on the palate, and delicate notes of anise seeds in the finish.
The Caeles Viognier represents one of the oenological jewels of the Firriato Cellar. Made from carefully cultivated Viognier grapes in Sicilian vineyards, this extraordinary white wine enchants the senses with its elegance and refinement.

It presents a very fresh and aromatic bouquet, with hints and aromas reminiscent of spring, accompanied by marine notes given by the proximity of the vineyards to the sea.
