It is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil that was born in the Regaleali estate, of the large Tasca d'Almerita winery.
This oil boasts a strong character and a great personality, born from a blend of cultivars from various olive trees.
The color is golden, with some greenish tones, it opens with a bouquet of aromatic herbs, dried fruit and leaves.
On the palate it is very rich, intense and decisive, which is why it pairs well with meat dishes, salads and soups.
