First simple idea: Smooth Penne with Pistachio Pesto and Pachino Tomatoes! Try it both in the version with lightly pan-fried cherry tomatoes, and by adding the pachino cut in half cold, after having drained the pasta, mixing together hot pasta, pistachio pesto at room temperature and fresh pachino tomatoes!

Another recipe: Pistachio Butterflies and Speck! Boil the butterflies. Add the Pistachio pesto to the strips of speck lightly browned in a pan, then mix everything with the butterflies drained al dente. Enjoy your meal!
