Nicola Fiasconaro has now become one of the most renowned pastry chefs in Italy, also nominated among the 25 Cavalieri del Lavoro in 2020 by Sergio Mattarella. He is supported by his two brothers: Fausto, who manages the showroom and Martino, who heads the Administration

And it is for this reason that today, that small pastry shop in the heart of the village of Castelbuono has become an Italian excellence known all over the world and present in over 60 countries with its enormous offer of panettone reinterpreted from the best ingredients of the wonderful Sicilian territory , from pistachio to oranges, passing from Modica chocolate, to almonds, up to the Manna delle Madonie, a precious type of sweet resin that derives from the ash tree grown only in the Madonie, precisely in Pollina and Castelbuono.
