Forno Monastra has arrived on Gocce di Sicilia!

Il Forno Monastra is an artisan biscuit factory that was born in Castell'Umberto, a small village in the Nebrodi.

It is a historic local biscuit factory, thanks to the Monastra family, which has been churning out excellent baked goods since 1958!

On our shop you can find their traditional biscuits, but also their traditional savory products, all strictly organic products!

Their traditional "Benfatti" biscuits in various flavors: those with Spelled Flour and Chocolate, those with Buckwheat with Almonds, those with Yogurt and Cinnamon and even Wholemeal ones!

You will also find various types of Grissini: from the Classic ones, to the Sesame ones, but also the Crocchi, small sticks of bread both Classic and Wholemeal

You will also find Sicilian Friselle, or Mezzepagnotte and also Cartapane, a perfect toasted bread to accompany all your main courses and side dishes!

Finally, you will also find Croccanti and Piparelle, traditional biscuits respectively with whole hazelnuts and almonds!
