Superior category olive oil, obtained directly from Biancolilla and Nocellara olives from the countryside of Agrigento, in the Bosco del Duca area (Contrada Fondachello) and Arena (contrada Garcitella) of Campobello di Licata (AG). Obtained by cold pressing, without chemical processes, to preserve the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics of the freshly picked Sicilian olives.

SOIL - AVERAGE AGE OF THE PLANTS: Bosco del Duca, clayey-limestone marl rich in skeleton, with centenary plants. Arena, clayey soil, on average rich in skeleton with plants of about 30 years.
PROCESSING: cold pressing that makes the oil a valuable product since it does not require any chemical treatment and preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics present in the olives. The olives are processed within a few hours of harvesting. The oil obtained, subjected to natural decantation and unfiltered, is stored in steel silos, under nitrogen and at a controlled temperature.
