On this biscuits there is the research and the selection of the best raw materials such as Timilia’s flour, extra virgin olive oil, raw cane sugar, fresh eggs from open-bred hens, and a touch of orange peel for a typically Sicilian aroma. But mainly the Manni are embellished with a special ingredient, the Manna. Typical Sicilian product, manna is a sap that naturally oozes from the bark of ash trees and produced mainly in the heart of the Madonie. With a sweet and delicate flavor, it gives the Mannì an intense and unique scent.
