Colomba Pasquale, handmade by the master pastry chefs of Nuova Dolceria, a Sicilian pastry shop in the village of Ferla.
In this traditional version, the Nuova Dolceria has combined the naturally leavened dough, made with sourdough together with candied orange peel, creating the most classic of the Colombe Pasquali.
